NTEN NTC Science Fair

Groundswell helped produce over 13 NTC conferences for the NTEN.

The Nonprofit Technology Conference is a 2,000+ person conference that we helped produce in Oakland, Chicago, Washington DC, Atlanta, San Francisco, New Orleans, and Minneapolis.

Our role included:

• Contract Negotiation and Budgeting

• Production Schedule and production logistics

• Technical direction & production of keynotes, meeting rooms and other spaces

• Design & Production of exhibit hall, and sponsor support services

• Food & Beverage Coordination

• Registration Prep, Staffing, Badging and supervision registration desk, working with staff and volunteers

• Special Event support
